When your baby is born at Little Company of Mary Hospital or Advocate Christ Hospital, notify your obstetrician and the hospital staff that you have chosen Alzein Pediatrics as your child’s pediatrician and they will alert our office.
When you are released from the hospital, please contact our office to schedule your baby’s first visit.
